Easterseals Midwest is changing the way the world defines and views disability by making positive, profound differences in people's lives every day. Easterseals employs more than 1,400 staff members and provides services for over 4,600 individuals and families statewide through four divisions:

• Community Living Services
• Early Childhood Services
• Employment Services

Your gift of $125 can cover 3 hours of on-the-job support for people with developmental
disabilities, helping to ensure their long-term success at work.
Your gift of $250 can provide 3 hours of registered nursing services to ensure the health and
well-being of those we serve.
Your gift of $500 can cover 1 week of a summer internship for a teen with a developmental
disability to help ensure his or her future job success.
Your gift of $1,000 can provide 12 hours of life-changing therapy for a child with autism who is
struggling to communicate.
Your gift of $2,500 can provide relief for families in need and help offset their out-of-pocket costs
for life-changing autism programs, which can be out of reach even with autism insurance coverage.
Your gift of $5,000 can offer intensive, early training and support for 1 family to learn how to
positively interact with and care for their child with autism.
Your gift of $7,500 can provide 3 individuals with developmental disabilities with essential
skill-building opportunities so that they can secure and sustain a competitive job in the community
Your gift of $10,000 can provide much-needed relief for 6 individuals with developmental
disabilities to move off of the statewide waiting list and into their own homes.
